Tara graduated from the Culinary Institute of Canada as Valedictorian of the class of 2005. Having worked in the food industry from the age of 14, Tara has worked in many facets of the industry, over the course of her 2 decade career. A few career highlights include a Sous Chef position cooking for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, cooking for celebrities Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan and KRS-One, as well as catering for high profile events like the Honda Indy 500 in Toronto.
